The Problem with Halloween
Last Friday was Halloween...a day on the calendar that children of all ages look forward to every year. One of the ways we celebrate Halloween at the RE/MAX Lakes Area Realty Crosslake office, is to invite the Crosslake Community School children into our lobby as we hand out candy. (see RE/MAX Lakes Area Realty in Crosslake is Haunted) That's all fine and good, but here's the problem. For some reason, the agent (who shall remain nameless) in charge of buying the candy every year, buys enough for not only the students, but the students children and the students grandchildren. You see the problem? These particular students we're talking about, won't have children for at least 20 years, and who knows how many years it will take for them to have grandchildren. By then, the candy won't be any good, so what to do with all of it? Well, we'll let our friend Al Yankovic explain it to you by clicking HERE. Oh, and next year remember...there are about 150 kids coming for candy. We don't need to buy out Costco for 150 kids!! Jeez...
